A Board and Board of Directors of “Friends of Szymon” Foundation on the meeting at 30 of June 2008 decided to establish:


1) Board of Program’s Directors (BPD)
2) Board of Trusties (BT)
3) Board of Boosters (BB)

Board of Program’s Directors will be a part of foundation with directors of foundation’s programs as members. Duties of BPD will be:

1. Monitoring of foundation’s programs;
2. Preparing opinions and propositions for both Board and Board of Directors about actual and future programs and projects;
3. Preparing first approval for evaluation of each foundation program and project.

Board of Trusties will be a part of foundation with members appointed after received donation bigger then 1000 Euro. Donators of amount 1000 Euro and more will be appointed to the BT, but they can refuse their service. Duties of BT will be:

1. Preparing opinion about actual and formal programs and projects;
2. Preparing opinion about budget evaluation before approval by Board of Directors

Board of Boosters will be a part of foundation with honor members appointed after received donation from 100 up to 1000 Euro. Donators of amount from 100 up to 1000 Euro will be appointed to the BB, but they can refuse their service. BB will not have any official duties and responsibilities for foundation, but their names will be on the special Honor Page.
